Founded in 1980 by Dr. Arthur Loo, father of Dr. Jere Loo, on Kauai, in the State of Hawaii. Now becoming EYE CARE KAUAI, our clinic is an independent optometric practice located in Kukui Grove Center in the heart of Lihue, Kauai.
